Well, here's my take on the looming fight between now Speaker JDV and Rep. Prospero Pitchay:
There's nothing like watching a bout of two people you are BOTH NOT routing for. If only this thing wouldn't affect us all eventually, I'd actually be happy these two calculating opportunists were fighting.
